George Arscott, Assistant Principal at Liberty High
Throughout his career, George Arscott has held the following positions: Teacher at Oak Ridge High in Orlando (2001-2006); Teacher and Dean of Students at Crystal River High (2006-2011); and Dean of Students at Lake Nona High (2011-present). He received his bachelor's degree in Mentally Handicapped/Varying Exceptionalities from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from National-Louis University.

Justin Baylor, Assistant Principal at Michigan Avenue Elementary
Throughout his career, Justin Baylor has held the following positions: Teacher at Hambright Elementary School in Pennsylvania (2005-2009); Teacher at Keen’s Crossing Elementary in Orlando (2010-2011); Teacher at Ridgewood Park Elementary in Orlando (2011-2012); Teacher at Westside K-8 (2012-2013); District Instructional Coach for Orange County Public Schools (2014-2015); Dean of Students at Bay Meadows Elementary in Orlando (2015-2016); and Dean of Students at Westside K-8 (2016-present). He received his bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University in Pennsylvania and a master's degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University in Texas.



Marc A. Hernandez, Assistant Principal at Parkway Middle
Throughout his career, Marc A. Hernandez has held the following positions: Teacher at International High School in Texas (2012-2014) and Assistant Principal at Liberal Arts & Science Academy in Texas (2014-present). He received his bachelor's degree in History & Applied Movement Science from the University of Texas and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Texas State University.

Ivet Lebron-Rivera, J.D., Assistant Principal at Osceola High
Throughout her career, Ivet Lebron-Rivera has held the following positions: Teacher at Freeman High School in Virginia (1999-2004); IB Teacher at Celebration High (2007-2013); Instructional Coach, International Baccalaureate/World Languages District Coordinator for Orange County Public Schools (2013-2016); and Instructional Framework Coach in Professional Development for the Osceola School District (2016-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Roosevelt University, a Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School, completed the Teacher Certification Program at Virginia Commonwealth University, and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
